QC photo guide

How to Read QC Photos

This is the deeper QC guide. Use it when something looks uncertain and you need to decide which extra photos to request.

01

Read shape before details

For shoes, bags and jackets, shape is harder to fix than small detail flaws. Compare silhouette, side profile and proportions first.

02

Compare option and label

Check color name, size tag, box label, care tag and selected variant. Many mistakes happen because the wrong option was selected or shipped.

03

Request measurements

For clothing, ask for flat measurements if fit matters. Size names alone are weak; chest, length, sleeve, waist and inseam are better.

04

Connect QC to parcel cost

QC photos also reveal box size, packaging and bulk. Use this to estimate whether the final parcel still makes sense.

Extra photo requests

Ask for these when needed

  • Size tag or box label photo when size is unclear.
  • Logo close-up when print, embroidery or badge placement looks off.
  • Side-by-side shoe photos when pair shape or color looks inconsistent.
  • Hardware, zipper and interior photos for bags.
  • Flat measurements for pants, hoodies, jackets and shirts.
  • Parcel dimensions when the item may be billed by volume weight.
